Refund & Return Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide high-quality electronic components. Since electronic products are sensitive in nature, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting against misuse.


1. General Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Products will only be accepted if they are in:
    • Original, unused and undamaged condition.
    • Original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and complimentary items intact.
    • Free from signs of soldering, tampering, scratches or physical damage.
  • Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to safety, quality or hygiene reasons:

  • Batteries & power storage devices.
  • Items that have been soldered, programmed, modified or physically damaged.
  • Opened kits or partially used products.
  • Consumables or products with limited shelf life.

3. Return Procedure

  • Contact us at support@amperecart.com within 3 business days of delivery. Mention your order number and reason for return.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product showing its condition.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Please mention the RMA number clearly on the shipping box. (Do not write anything on the actual product packaging.)
  • Pack the product securely to avoid damage during return transit. Damage during transit will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, we will bear the return shipping cost (via prepaid label or reimbursement).
  • For returns due to customer’s choice (not defective), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • For products weighing more than 2 KG, customer bears return charges unless the return is due to a defect/mistake from our side.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, you will receive an email update.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of order cancellation before dispatch, a 5% deduction may apply to cover payment gateway charges (as these charges are non-refundable by gateways).
  • Replacement & Exchange products will be delivered within 5-7 day.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

  • All products are covered by a standard warranty (unless otherwise mentioned on the product page) against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, improper soldering, wrong polarity connection, or any unauthorized tampering.
  • If the product is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced (due to lack of stock), we will provide a 100% refund.

7. Courier Damage or Missing Items

  • If the package appears damaged/tampered at delivery, please take photos/videos in front of the delivery agent and refuse delivery.
  • Any courier damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In case of verified courier damage, mismatch, or missing items, we will provide replacement or 100% refund as per availability.

8. Limits of Responsibility

  • AmpereCart will not be responsible for improper installation or handling of products.
  • Customers must ensure correct electrical polarity, soldering practices, and static protection while handling electronic components.
  • Liability is limited strictly to the product purchased, not for consequential damages or losses.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
