We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India through our trusted courier partners (including but not limited to BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, FedEx, DTDC, etc.).
  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas (such as J&K, North-East states, villages), orders may be shipped through India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post). Delivery timelines in such cases may be longer.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized and usually dispatched faster than COD orders.
  • In rare cases of stock unavailability, partial shipments or a short delay may occur. Customers will be informed promptly.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote / Difficult-to-Serve Areas: 7–15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery depends on courier serviceability, unforeseen delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card/Netbanking):
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹500
    • Orders below ₹500 → ₹50 flat shipping fee
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • COD available for orders from ₹100 to ₹2000
    • Orders above ₹599 → ₹30 COD charge
    • Orders below ₹599 → ₹80 COD charge

Note: COD availability may be restricted for certain products, pin codes, or high-value orders.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment directly via the courier partner’s website or through our website’s “Track Your Order” section.

6. Delivery & Customer Responsibility

  • At the time of delivery, if the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and immediately notify us at support@amperecart.com with photos/videos.
  • Once accepted, AmpereCart will assume the package was delivered in good condition.
  • Any claims regarding damaged/missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing photos/videos.

7. Supplier & Invoice Clarification

  • Some products may be shipped directly from our authorized distributors / partner warehouses (such as Robu, QuartzComponents, MakerBazar, etc.).
  • In such cases:
    • The invoice may carry the supplier’s details and GST number instead of AmpereCart’s.
    • AmpereCart itself does not charge or collect GST unless otherwise specified.
    • Customers may receive both:
      1. A supplier-generated GST invoice (for compliance)
      2. An AmpereCart order confirmation (for reference only, without GST)

8. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, AmpereCart shall not be held responsible for delays due to:
    • Courier delays, strikes, or operational issues
    • Natural calamities, lockdowns, or government restrictions
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

10. Governing Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
